Architect Sergio Duenas, is the past NATIONAL president of AMPI – which is the
equivalent of the NAR in the US or CREA in Canada. It is the only National real estate
association in Mexico – where licensing is not required in the majority of the country.

My husband Sergio started in real estate as a graduate from the University of
Guadalajara in Architecture.  When we married more than 37 years ago – I assisted the
business real estate transaction that we did but it is in the last 15 years that actively
participated in real estate in our city  - with the forming of a Global relocation company
with my business partner Janet Capetillo. The Relocation Connection (www.relomexico.
com) has assisted most of the large International corporations in Guadalajara to relocated
their executives to our city.
Currently my husband and our daughter Marcela work at our office to assist real estate
needs. I am a trainer for the NAR in “ Doing Business in Mexico”.
